Sta\u010d\u00ed se v\u0161ak pod\u00edvat dovnit\u0159 a hned \u010dlov\u011bk z\u00edsk\u00e1 lep\u0161\u00ed n\u00e1ladu. Po\u0159\u00e1d samoz\u0159ejm\u011b nejsou tak velk\u00e9, jak by si \u010dlov\u011bk snad p\u0159edstavoval, rozhodn\u011b to nen\u00ed nic pro v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed rodiny, ale zamilovan\u00fd p\u00e1r, p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b rodi\u010de s jedn\u00edm d\u00edt\u011btem tak mohou \u017e\u00edt norm\u00e1ln\u011b. V\u0161e, co m\u00e1 v takov\u00e9m bydlen\u00ed b\u00fdt, tam je a \u010dasto i n\u011bco nav\u00edc. Na rozd\u00edl od klasick\u00fdch byt\u016f zde nen\u00ed pot\u0159eba je\u0161t\u011b nav\u00edc nakupovat n\u00e1bytek a dal\u0161\u00ed pot\u0159ebn\u00e9 vybaven\u00ed, co\u017e je tak\u00e9 nemal\u00e9 plus.Podnikatelsk\u00fd sektorO mobiln\u00ed domy je velk\u00fd z\u00e1jem nejen u lid\u00ed, co cht\u011bj\u00ed bydlet relativn\u011b levn\u011b, ale tak\u00e9 u mnoha \u017eivnostn\u00edk\u016f. Kdo hled\u00e1 n\u011bjak\u00e9 prostory k podnik\u00e1n\u00ed, mohl by se mu tento druh obydl\u00ed zamlouvat. D\u00e1 se toti\u017e docela snadno upravit tak, aby maxim\u00e1ln\u011b vyhovoval mnoha po\u017eadavk\u016fm.
